1. 50% deposit and a booking fee are held as a deposit.
2. One nights breakages fee is included in the rental, this amount will be refunded to you 5 days after departure should there be no breakages.
3. Bookings are only confirmed once reservation form and conditions of rental have been completed and faxed back to Point waterfront Accommodation along with proof of deposit, and booking fee.
4. All apartments are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
5. Cancellation:

• From 28 to 21 days guest forfeit is 25% of deposit.
• From 14 to 21 days guest forfeit is 50% of deposit.
• From 7 to 14 days guests forfeit is 75% of deposit.
• Less than 7 days the guest forfeits full deposit.

6. Balance due on date is stated on your booking form, should this not be received on that date you will be sent a reminder, if not received within 2 days your booking will be cancelled.
7. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Apartments are governed by strict Body Corporate Rules and Regulations eg:

• No animals in the building

Maximum amount of people per apartment:

• 1 Bedroom - 4 people
• 2 Bedroom - 6 people
• 3 Bedroom - 8 people
• 4 Bedroom - 10 people
• No hanging of washing on balconies

9. Apartments are serviced Mon - Sat, not on a Sunday or a public holiday. Servicing does not include dishes and personal laundry, if you require this service please can you request it directly from PWA.
10. Linen is changed once a week and bath towels twice a week.
11. Please bring your own beach towels.
12. Arrival - 2.00pm on the date of arrival.
13. Departure - 10.00am on the date of departure.
14. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies of the apartment.
15. A breakages deposit is charged, this will be refunded not longer than 5 days after departure.
